AnkaTheraHub EU Funds Workshop Held with Intense Participation

The AnkaTheraHub EU Funds Workshop, organized in Ankara on March 19, 2025 in partnership with Ankara University European Union Projects Office, brought together SMEs, academicians and researchers working at Ankara University and provided important information about European Union funds, especially in the field of health.

The event began with the opening speech of AnkaTheraHub Director Prof. Dr. Hakan Akbulut explaining AnkaTheraHub and its services. The event was moderated by Dr. Cafer Yıldırım, Institutional Coordinator of European Union Education Programmes and Head of European Union Projects Office, who made a presentation on innovations in EU project implementation processes.

The workshop instructor, Tutku Özen, Manager of Artech Consulting, shared the goals, priorities and opportunities offered by EU funds with the participants and made a comprehensive presentation of the Horizon European Health Cluster and related modules. The workshop covered various topics such as special partnerships in the field of health, introduction of the platform used to track calls, the Hop-On Facility, the TÜBİTAK supports and the Eureka Programme.

Throughout the workshop, participants had the opportunity to listen to current developments regarding European funding mechanisms and learn about the points to be considered in project applications.
